Stir Fried French Beans Recipe,Filipino Style Recipe: Stir fried french beans is another simple and quick recipe. It is consist of french beans and ground meat cooked together in soy sauce, oyster sauce and spices. Ideally, sauce should be naturally thick and oily but this is very delicious.
This recipe results in green beans that still have a bit of crunch to them. If you want your beans more cooked, blanch them first for a minute or two in boiling water, then rinse with cold water to stop the cooking, then pat dry with paper towels before putting the beans in the hot pan and oil. Because of the quick cooking time, this recipe is best done with fresh beans (the ones that snap as you break them in half).

It couldn’t be easier. Just make sure you are using fresh and tender beans. (Older tougher beans won’t be cooked enough in the time it takes to make this stir fry.)
In a pan, heat oil then saute garlic and onion.
Add ground pork, fish sauce then stir cook until light brown.
Add french beans, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water then simmer for 3-5 minutes
Add chili flakes, salt and pepper according to taste then simmer for another minute.
