Every now and then a very good and interesting salad comes along with Hawaiian Anchara Salad being no exception. It is a favorite Filipino & Hawaiian salad. It can be eaten with many different meals or be a stand alone meal all by itself. A few variations of this recipe exist with some adding meat into the mixture. Avocados can also be mixed in to give the recipe a bit of a flare. Be sure to use fresh papayas and avocaods when making it and to share with all your friends and family.
