Ingredients

each
green mango
very green, and not ripe
4-6
each
cherry tomatoes
1/2
each
onion
diced
parsley
(optional)
chives
(optional)
1
tbsp
shrimp paste
be careful with this as it can be a strong flavor
Instructions
Mix the mango, tomatoes, onion, chives and parsley (if adding) in a bowl. Add the shrimp paste or fish sauce. Adjust the amount. Mix well.
